These terms cover this website and the services of Walker H. Jackson Web Studio. By using the site or our services you agree to them.

Previews and quotes

Previews are free and come with no obligation. Prices on this site are fixed, but the work, timeline and price for your project are confirmed only after you approve your preview. Payment links open Stripe’s secure checkout; please use them only after you’ve seen and approved your site.

Subscriptions, renewals and cancellation

Monthly plans ($39, $79 and $129) are billed by Stripe and renew automatically every month on the same day, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Founding offer: my first five clients get their first month free. Stripe charges the normal first monthly payment at checkout, and I refund that payment by hand.

To cancel: use the “manage subscription” link in any Stripe receipt, or text or call (404) 823-7010. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops the next charge.

If a price ever changes, we will tell you by email or text at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then. One-time setup fees ($200, $349 and $499) are charged once, after you approve your preview, and cover the build and launch.

Your site and domain

Your domain is registered in your name and belongs to you. The content you give us stays yours. If you cancel, we will hand over your site files and help move your domain, so you are never locked in.

Voice receptionist

The receptionist is set up and test-called with you before you pay for it, and goes live about 7 days after you approve it. It answers calls for your business and texts or emails you summaries. It can make mistakes, so important details should be confirmed with the caller. You are responsible for how your business uses caller information and for any notice to callers your business is required to give. The receptionist only answers incoming calls; it is never used for unsolicited calls.

Acceptable use

We won’t build or host anything illegal, deceptive or infringing, and we may end service for sites that are used that way.

Copyright and takedown requests

If you believe material on this site or on a site we host infringes your copyright, send a notice describing the work, where the material is, your contact details and a good-faith statement to our designated agent, Walker H. Jackson, by text or call at (404) 823-7010, or by mail at the postal address shown in our emails. We respond to valid notices promptly.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
